2. Print-on-Demand Products
WOLFEN operates using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Products are printed and prepared after an order is placed.
Because products are printed and photographed digitally, slight variations in color may occur between the product displayed on your screen and the actual product.
Minor manufacturing variations may also occur. Product measurements should be considered according to the size chart provided on the product page.
3. Product & Stock Availability
Product colors, sizes, designs and availability may change from time to time.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable due to a stock or production issue, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product, exchange or refund where applicable.
4. Pricing & Payments
Product prices may be changed or updated at any time.
WOLFEN reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, where necessary, cancel an order affected by such an error.
Available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), will be displayed during checkout.
5. Fraudulent or Abusive Orders
WOLFEN reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, intentionally misleading, or repeatedly refused at delivery.
Customers who repeatedly place fake or refused COD orders may have future orders restricted or cancelled.
6. Orders & Cancellation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.
Orders may be cancelled before they enter production or dispatch, where possible.
Once an order has entered production or shipping, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- Returns: within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: within 5 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Regular return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- For verified damaged, defective or incorrect products, WOLFEN will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping cost.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
WOLFEN provides free standard shipping across India, including COD orders.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, festivals or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, conduct fraudulent transactions, interfere with website functionality, or use our website for unlawful purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WOLFEN will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
